We want you to be happy with your purchases therefore Easy Street Boutique is dedicated to making the exchange and return process easy. We offer a 14 day exchange or refund privilege, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to issue an exchange or return. First, a few details:
Requirements: To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need to enclose a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. You must contact us first: To start an exchange or return, please email us at jheald@easystreetboutique.com. If your return meets the above eligibility, we’ll send you instructions to ship the items back to our shop. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, any returned items must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was received.
Non-refundable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, please see the list below. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Important note on gift cards: All electronic and physical gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned, canceled, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. This policy applies to all gift card purchases, including those made in error. By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is final.

- Liquid or beauty product (i.e.: bath, sanitizer, body or hand lotion, etc.)
- Perishable goods (i.e.: food, flowers, or plants)
- Altered or modified product
- Seasonal holiday collection
- Item's listed in a Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale categories
- 30% or more discount off original listed MSRP price.
- Gift Cards
Exchanges: Initiate a refund for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item appears to be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please remember it can take days (7-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds to your account.
