Easy Street Boutique Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping Easy Street Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Order processing times are separate from shipping times viewed at checkout. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we or the postal service/carrier are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping is free for orders over $75.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jheald@easystreetboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS and FedEx are not able to deliver to a P.O. box. Only the United States Postal Service is permitted to deliver mail to a P.O. box. If requesting your order to ship to a P.O. box, please select the USPS Priority Shipping option at checkout.
